Job Summary

Fast Pace Health is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Family Nurse Practitioner to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, leading clinic staff, and implementing clinical protocols.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Clinic Staff: Provide guidance and support to X-Ray Technologists, Nurses, and Front Office Specialists to ensure excellent patient care and satisfaction.
  • Chart Completion: Ensure accurate and timely completion of patient charts, and forward charts as appropriate on a daily basis.
  • Clinical Protocols: Implement clinical protocols as outlined by the Chief Medical Officer and Supervising Physicians.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Maintain behavior that is compliant with Federal and State regulations, guidelines, and requirements, including working knowledge of health information management issues such as HIPAA.
  • Diagnostic Testing: Order, perform, or interpret the results of diagnostic tests, and responsibly prescribe medications and educate patients on continued treatment and care of acute and chronic conditions.
  • Therapeutic Procedures: Perform therapeutic procedures, including but not limited to I&D, splinting, suturing, managing infection, and wound care.
  • Patient Analysis: Analyze and interpret patients' histories, symptoms, physical findings, and diagnostic information to develop appropriate diagnoses.

  • Company Standards: Be knowledgeable and comply with Company standards of operations.
  • Client Relations: Maintain friendly, cordial relations with all clients and employees, and maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner that results in a positive work relationship with customers, co-workers, and managers.
  • Telehealth Experience: Proven experience working as a Telehealth Clinician.
Requirements and Preferences
  • Efficient Work Environment: Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and autonomous environment.
  • Experience Requirements: At least 1-2 years of experience as a provider in a relevant practice, such as Urgent Care or Occupational Medical Facility, ER or Trauma Unit, Family Medical Practice is strongly preferred.
