Role Location: This position is based in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver evidence-based medical care by assessing, planning, and managing patient health needs.
  • Diagnose and treat chronic conditions, urgent health issues, minor injuries, and other medical concerns.
  • Order and analyze laboratory tests and diagnostic imaging as required.
  • Work collaboratively with caregivers and healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive, interdisciplinary care.
  • Facilitate referrals to other healthcare specialists when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records.

Qualifications:

  • Valid state Nurse Practitioner license.
  • Current National Board Certification for Nurse Practitioners.
  • Active state DEA registration.
  • Master's degree in Nursing (MSN).
  • A minimum of five years of nursing experience, with at least two years as a Nurse Practitioner preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent time management abilities and accountability for daily workflow.
  • Proficient in the use of medical instruments and equipment.
  • Solid understanding of HIPAA and OSHA regulations.
  • Demonstrated experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Valid driver's license with automobile insurance.
  • Ability to engage in moderate physical activities, including lifting objects up to 25 lbs and standing or walking for extended periods.
