- Collaborate with Healthcare Professionals: Work closely with caregivers, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to provide interdisciplinary care and maintain comprehensive patient plans.
- Ensure Accurate Patient Records: Maintain up-to-date patient medical records, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
- Active State License: Possess an active state Nurse Practitioner license.
- Current Certification: Hold current Nurse Practitioner National Board Certification.
- Active DEA Licensure: Maintain active state DEA licensure.
- Master's Degree in Nursing: Possess a Master's degree in Nursing (MSN).
- Experience and Skills: Five or more years of nursing experience, with at least two years of Nurse Practitioner experience preferred. Strong interpersonal communication skills, excellent time management skills, and proficiency in medical instruments and equipment.
