We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Laboratory Supervisor to join our team at Natera. As a Clinical Laboratory Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our laboratory, ensuring that all testing and data review are performed to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of laboratory staff, including coaching, motivating, and evaluating their performance.
- Work closely with the Manager to ensure that company, department, and team goals are met.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory agency requirements.
- Collaborate with interdepartmental teams to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.
- Provide direction to employees and administer company policies that directly affect subordinate employees.
- Act as an advisor to the unit or sub-unit and may become actively involved to meet schedules and resolve problems.
- BS/BA degree in Medical Technology program with 4 years CLIA laboratory experience.
- BS/BA, Physical, Chemical or Biological Sciences, or a related field with 5 years experience in a CLIA laboratory.
- Master's degree in arts or science with a major in chemical, physical or biological sciences with 3 years experience in a CLIA laboratory.
- Master's degree with BS/BA in Medical Technology program with 2 years experience in a CLIA laboratory.
- Current MT/MLS/CLS certification preferable from ASCP, AMT, or AAB.
- Competitive salary range of $98,500-$147,900 USD.
