Job Overview

Style Crest Enterprises Inc is seeking an experienced HVAC Installer to join our team. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and configure HVAC equipment, ductwork, and related components in accordance with manufacturer specifications and company best practices.
  • Perform startup and testing procedures to ensure systems are operating efficiently and safely.
  • Communicate with customers to educate them on system operation and programming.
  • Collaborate with office support to manage daily scheduling and maintain accurate records of work performed.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of HVAC systems.
  • At least 1 year of experience in HVAC residential installation.
  • Diagnostic skills and ability to use recovery equipment, meters, torches, vacuum pumps, and gauges.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and follow directions from management.
  • Must pass background check, drug screening, and have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • EPA License Type Two, Three, or Universal (willing to train for test within 6 months).
Work Environment
  • 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday.
  • Overtime and weekends as needed.
