Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule vehicles and drivers for fixed route service, ensuring efficient operations and effective use of resources.
  • Communicate with employees and management to ensure seamless shift management and address any operational issues.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of shuttle operations, including scheduling, attendance, and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with Facility Managers to implement company policies, procedures, and training programs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • High School Degree or equivalent.
  • Valid state-issued driver's license with a current address and acceptable driving record.
  • DOT Medical Card: A Medical Examiner's Certificate (DOT Medical Card) is required.
  • Ability to read, comprehend, write, speak, and communicate all aspects of job-related information in English.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
