Key Responsibilities
  • Program Operations
    • Ensure that all program activities align with our organization's mission and values
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective programmatic coordination and communication
    • Conduct candidate intake calls and assessments during the recruitment and admissions process
    • Interview and assist in making decisions regarding the admission of potential leaders into Legacy programs
    • Ensure program compliance by tracking and communicating attendance, progress, and other data points as needed
    • Manage program calendar and coordinate with relevant parties to ensure clear communication of events and activities
    • Manage system for program supplies
    • Create timely and accurate stipend reports
    • Track expense receipts and complete monthly expense reports
  • Event Management
    • Attend all scheduled gathering events
    • Foster the development of the community in a constantly changing environment
    • Assist the Director in designing, planning, coordinating, and executing the logistics, operations, and communications for all program-related activities and events
    • Organize and oversee volunteer training to help run program events
    • Coordinate closely with the staff team to support community programming, including facility use and hours
  • Data Management
    • Organize and analyze the appropriate data to inform the programmatic and operational decision-making process
    • Analyze and assess program aspects based on data collected
    • Input data into the existing Salesforce CRM platform to inform the programmatic and operational decision-making process
    • Maintain data input, analysis, and export of reporting as needed for program compliance
    • Create and enforce policies for effective data management
    Requirements
    • Cultural competency and sensitivity with groups and individuals representing a variety of needs, abilities, and socioeconomic backgrounds
    • Experience in small event management (10-200 attendees)
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Administratively focused
    • Detail-oriented and organized, with excellent follow-up and follow-through skills
    • Ability to work in a team environment
    • Ability to respond flexibly to a fluid and evolving program environment
    • Ability to problem-solve, multi-task, complete work on time, and work independently
    • Proficient in Google Suites and other software
    • Deep passion for the Core Ventures LLC mission and values
    • Employees must provide their own working laptop and smartphone
    • Strong commitment to Christian faith
    Benefits
    • Hours: 40 hours/week, with core hours Monday - Friday, 9a-3p, and one night a week required for Legacy Fellowship Cohort meetings
    • Salary/Wage: $55,000 - $66,000 annual
    • Vacation: 15 days per year, plus the office is closed Christmas Day - New Year's Day, and staff have limited duties
    • Sick Days: 6 days per year
    • Insurance Benefits: Health, dental, vision, workers compensation, unemployment, short-term disability, long-term disability
