Job Overview:

As a Youth Program Facilitator, you'll play a vital role in delivering science and maker curriculum to elementary-aged students. You'll work closely with our team to create engaging lesson plans, train on all EDMO curriculum, and teach 4 periods of enrichment daily.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement interactive science and maker curriculum for elementary-aged students
  • Train on all EDMO curriculum and teach 4 periods of enrichment daily
  • Coach counselors working with you
  • Collaborate with other staff members to create fun camp games, songs, skits, and activities
  • Help lead daily camper check-in and check-out procedures
  • Interact with parents in a professional and energetic manner

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience facilitating groups of children and/or working with youth programs
  • Classroom management and teaching experience
  • Science background including biology, chemistry, and physics
  • Basic science lab skills

What We Offer:

$20-$22 hourly (estimated)
