We are seeking a highly skilled Youth Behavioral Specialist to join our residential treatment program at the Child & Family Healing Center. This individual will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide therapeutic interventions and case management services to youth who are mentally or emotionally disturbed and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  2. Provide behavioral interventions, including de-escalation techniques and crisis management
  3. Conduct regular progress monitoring and outcome evaluations
  4. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and progress

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in social work, counseling, or related field
  • Licensed as an LCSW, LPC, or related
  • Three to five years of experience working with at-risk youth
  • CSAC certification preferred

This position offers a competitive salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, plus comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
