Youth Behavioral Therapist

This Youth Behavioral Therapist position offers a unique opportunity to work with a diverse population of young people who have experienced trauma and adversity.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, using evidence-based practices such as Collaborative Problem-Solving.
In this role, you will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide wraparound services that meet the complex needs of our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions, utilizing trauma-informed approaches.
- Collaborate with family members and caregivers to ensure consistency and coordination of care.
- Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of best practices.
