Job Description

We are seeking therapists to provide therapeutic interventions and case management services to youth who are mentally or emotionally disturbed and their families. This includes individual, group, and family therapy as well as goal setting and monitoring and de-escalation techniques. Additionally, you will serve as a liaison for clients and their families with internal and external resource agencies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need a Master's degree in social work, counseling, or a related field, and be licensed as an LCSW, LPC, or related professional, approved under the Virginia Board of Counseling or under supervision toward licensure. You will also require two to three years of direct experience providing direct clinical experience, behavioral interventions, and case management.
