VP Sales Leader

We are partnering with a leading private equity sponsor to find a seasoned sales executive to drive revenue growth for their portfolio company. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing sales functions in a custom commercial products environment, combined with a strong tech orientation and experience with CRM/ERP and digital sales tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive market penetration and revenue growth
- Partner with the CEO to refine strategy and provide a sales and product roadmap
- Enhance sales performance and develop a robust sales operations and support organization
- Manage sales functions, including sales forecasting, pipeline management, and sales analytics
Requirements:
- 10+ years of sales leadership experience in a custom commercial products environment
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and improving sales performance
- Strong tech orientation and experience with CRM/ERP and digital sales tools
- Ability to partner with the CEO and other stakeholders to drive business growth
