Dynamic Sales Leader Sought for Private Equity Portfolio

We are partnering with a leading private equity sponsor to find a seasoned sales executive to drive revenue growth for their portfolio company. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing sales functions in a custom commercial products environment, combined with a strong tech orientation and experience with CRM/ERP and digital sales tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive market penetration and revenue growth
  • Partner with the CEO to refine strategy and provide a sales and product roadmap
  • Enhance sales performance and develop a robust sales operations and support organization
  • Manage sales functions, including sales forecasting, pipeline management, and sales analytics

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of sales leadership experience in a custom commercial products environment
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and improving sales performance
  • Strong tech orientation and experience with CRM/ERP and digital sales tools
  • Ability to partner with the CEO and other stakeholders to drive business growth
