We are seeking a skilled Digital Sales Strategist to join our team in Orlando/Maitland, Tampa/Clearwater, Jacksonville, and West Palm Beach, FL markets. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving digital revenue growth and providing support to local account managers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct monthly digital training with account managers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Lead and support local agency digital presentations to showcase our capabilities and services.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to local managers on digital strategy and assets.
  • Develop and deploy scalable tools and digital solutions to local account managers to improve their performance.
  • Collaborate with the VP of Digital Sales and local Sales Leadership to identify areas of opportunity and provide feedback.
  • Develop effective integrated programs for local clients and agencies to drive business growth.
  • Attend high-level sales calls and presentations to showcase our expertise and build relationships.
  • Develop and share repeatable success stories and case studies within the market to demonstrate our impact.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of digital media experience with a strong focus on sales and revenue growth.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing digital strategies that drive business results.
  • Excellent customer focus, sense of urgency, and passion for delivering exceptional client service.
  • Strong follow-up, organizational, and attention to detail skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to speak to a senior-level audience with confidence.
  • A strong creative background with the skills to develop unique and compelling presentations for media clients.
  • Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus.
