About the Role

As a Community Outreach Representative with FuturePAC, you will play a critical role in supporting our efforts to elect Democratic candidates to the Oregon State Legislature. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with voters directly, building relationships and understanding their concerns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct door-to-door canvassing in targeted neighborhoods to gather information and build support for our candidates.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the issues and concerns of our constituents.
  • Communicate effectively with voters, listening to their perspectives and addressing their questions and concerns.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to identify and prioritize areas of focus for our outreach efforts.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt to changing priorities. A strong understanding of the Oregon State Legislature and its role in shaping policy is also essential.
