Job Description

Denali Staffing Group is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our HR efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment, compliance, employee development, and safety routines.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of relevant experience in HR, with a strong focus on recruitment, compliance, and employee development. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.

The estimated salary for this role is $75,000 - $95,000 per year, depending on experience.

Responsibilities
  • Recruitment:
    • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
    • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Compliance:
    • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR legal requirements and best practices.
  • Employee Development:
    • Design and implement training and development programs for employees.
    • Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching and feedback to employees.
  • Safety Management:
    • Implement and monitor safety programs and initiatives.
    • Conduct safety training and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
