Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a seasoned HR professional with expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, and compliance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies, overseeing hiring processes, and ensuring alignment with contract requirements.

Core Job Functions:
  • Developing and implementing comprehensive recruitment plans to meet government contract staffing needs.
  • Overseeing the entire hiring process, including interviewing, selecting, and onboarding new staff members.
  • Ensuring accurate compensation structures and maintaining compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Coordinating with Facility Security Officers (FSOs) regarding security clearance requirements and managing eligibility verifications.
Required Skills & Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
  • Proven expertise in human resources metrics, labor law, and HR best practices.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, active listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Adobe applications (Acrobat Pro) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
