Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Human Resource Manager to join our team at Alakai Services Group Inc. and Poe Hana Group, Inc.

Talent Acquisition & Employee Relations
  • Developing and executing an ongoing recruitment strategy that provides a reliable pipeline of talent for government contracts.
  • Overseeing recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of new staff, ensuring alignment with contract requirements and company needs.
HR Strategy & Compliance
  • Ensuring competitive compensation structures and managing compliance with compensation-related regulations.
  • Ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws, regulations, and company policies, including those mandated by government contracts (e.g., FAR, SCA, DBA, Affirmative Action, E-Verify, VEVRAA, VETS-4212).
Education & Experience Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administrator or related field.
  • Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive role.

Estimated Salary: $85,000.00 per year
