Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Receivable Supervisor to join our team at Hunter Recruitment Advisors. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for overseeing the collection activity of our $90M Accounts Receivable portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of direct reports to ensure timely and effective collection of accounts receivable.
  • Direct interaction with customers to resolve any issues and ensure satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies to minimize past due accounts and maximize overall DSO performance.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to discuss account status and provide regular updates.
  • Participate in monthly and quarterly reporting requirements to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Coach and aid direct reports in their professional development to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
  • Eight to ten years of related experience, with two years of supervisory experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Action-oriented and results-driven individual.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and/or in teams effectively.
  • Self-starter with attention to detail and ability to multitask projects.
