Job Title: Contract Receivable Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Receivable Specialist to join our team at Addison Group. As a key member of our finance organization, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of contracts and grants, coordinating billing and receivable matters with internal and external customers, and supervising the work of a Contract Receivable Analyst I.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of contracts and grants, ensuring timely and accurate billing and financial reporting.
  • Coordinate with internal and external customers to resolve billing and receivable issues.
  • Supervise the work of a Contract Receivable Analyst I, ensuring tasks are complete and accurate.
  • Review, prepare, and guide timely and accurate invoices for a wide range of contracts and grants.
  • Reconcile and analyze revenue and unbilled amounts on a monthly basis.
  • Calculate complex billing charges in accordance with contracted terms.
  • Prepare timely and accurate sponsor financial reports and closeouts for awards within portfolio.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Gov Con Billing, Contract Closeout, and Cost Reimbursement.
  • Ability to interpret relevant terms and requirements of contracts and grants.
  • Knowledge of government contracting billing and collections, federal payments.
