Position Overview

We are looking for a skilled Billing Specialist to enhance our financial operations. This role presents a unique opportunity to thrive in a vibrant and fast-paced setting while playing a crucial part in the advancement and prosperity of our organization. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with our Partners and their support staff to facilitate the generation of monthly client invoices. This position allows for remote work flexibility, with occasional in-office attendance required for team meetings, events, and training sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all facets of the billing process efficiently.
  • Provide exceptional support to the Firm's Partners.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work effectively and swiftly in a detail-oriented atmosphere.
  • Exercise sound judgment in decision-making.
  • Exhibit strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management capabilities.
  • Thrive in an environment with specific deadlines.
  • Communicate professionally and articulately with the Firm's Partners.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues and management.
  • Undertake special projects and additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of professional experience in a relevant environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in computer applications, particularly MS Office.
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
  • Preferred GPA of 3.0 or higher.
