Behavioral Health Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Behavioral Health Specialist to join our team at Bristol Health. This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where you will have the chance to make a real difference in the lives of our patients.
About the Job:- This role involves providing direct service to patients, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and therapy.
- You will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care and achieve optimal outcomes.
- The successful candidate will possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, along with a strong commitment to patient-centered care.
- Provides individual, group, conjoint, family therapy at assigned level.
- Maintains thorough clinical records and documentation according to policy and procedure.
- Engages patients in treatment, develops and maintains therapeutic relationships.
- A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW), Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT), or related field.
- Licensed or registered as a mental health professional in your state.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
