Job Description
Your primary responsibility will be to provide comprehensive nursing care to patients on our Behavioral Health Units. This includes conducting thorough assessments, developing individualized care plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions to promote optimal patient outcomes.
You will also work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and delivery. In addition, you will contribute to maintaining a safe and respectful environment that fosters healing, growth, and recovery.
Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year
This salary estimate is based on industry standards and takes into account factors such as location, experience, and education. We offer a competitive compensation package that includes benefits, professional development opportunities, and a supportive work environment.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a current State of Connecticut licensure as a Registered Nurse. A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree is preferred, along with one or more years of geriatric or psychiatric experience in a healthcare setting. Certification from a professional nursing body is also desirable.
