Behavioral Health Therapist

Bristol Hospital Inc. is seeking a skilled Clinician II to join our team. This role requires a Master's Degree in Mental Health and minimum two years of clinical work experience in a behavioral health setting. The successful candidate will provide thorough clinical assessment and counseling/psychotherapy services to individuals, as well as foster the advancement of the profession by mentoring others.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate care for a caseload at contracted level.
- Maintain a cancel/no show rate within established program average.
- Provide individual, group, conjoint, family therapy at assigned level.
- Perform contracted supplemental direct service duties as part of specialized function.
- Manage assessments to effective engagement or other disposition.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Mental Health field such as MSW, MFT, MA or MS.
- Minimum two years of clinical work experience in a behavioral health setting.
- Licensed in Connecticut to provide clinical services (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LADC).
Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year based on location and experience.
