Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Professional to join our team. As a Clinician I, you will provide thorough clinical assessments and counseling/psychotherapy services to individuals presenting with behavioral health/addiction treatment needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct service to patients and engage in clinical supervision to advance your profession.
  • Contribute to the achievement of program annual performance volume goals and maintain a cancel/no-show rate within established averages.
  • Perform individual, group, conjoint, family therapy at assigned levels and conduct work in accordance with Bristol Health and department policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW), MFT, MA or MS
  • State/Federal Mandated Licensure or Certification Requirements: Employee is in the process of obtaining licensure within two years of hire.
  • Cognitive Requirements: Excellent comprehension and communication skills, with the ability to organize, synthesize, and utilize data.
