About the Role

Job Summary:

We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Behavioral Health Therapist to provide high-quality clinical care to individuals with behavioral health needs. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clinical Assessment and Treatment Planning: Conduct thorough clinical assessments to identify patient needs and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Therapy Sessions: Provide individual, group, and conjoint therapy sessions to patients, utilizing evidence-based practices and modalities.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of patient interactions, progress, and treatment outcomes.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure seamless care coordination and patient-centered services.
  • Professional Development: Stay current with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements through ongoing education and training.
Requirements
  • Education: Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW), Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT), or related field.
  • Licensure: Currently licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of practice.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in behavioral health settings, preferably in a hospital or clinical setting.
  • Skill Set: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills; ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus benefits, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
