  • Providing strategic HR guidance and support to our leadership teams and HR Director
  • Developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs that align with our company's overall HR strategy
  • Building and maintaining strong business partnerships with our leadership teams and stakeholders
  • Supporting the delivery of HR processes, including performance management, people development, recruitment, and employee relations
  • Driving succession planning and talent development initiatives
  • Assessing and facilitating organizational change and restructuring
  • Supporting merger and acquisition activity, including people due diligence and integration

Requirements:

  • Minimum undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or an equivalent education
  • Minimum 5 years of demonstrated experience in an HR professional/generalist/manager role
  • PHR/SPHR designation preferred
  • Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local Human Resources related regulations
  • Management experience
  • Experience designing and delivering people initiatives to drive continuous improvements
  • Coaching and mentoring experience
  • Experience dealing with restructuring and employee consultations
