Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to provide personal and confidential administrative support to our senior management team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in office administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to senior management, including scheduling appointments, preparing correspondence, and managing calendars.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars.
  • Manage and maintain confidential and sensitive information, including financial data and personnel records.
  • Develop and implement administrative processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a senior management support position.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management, employees, and external stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
