We are seeking a highly skilled QA Analyst to join our team at System One. As a QA Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our Oracle HCM implementation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop test scripts utilizing business requirements and functional documentation.
  • Execute SIT test scripts, record actual results, document, and retest defects.
  • Assist in test defect management process, monitor, and report on defect resolution.
  • Review Test Scenarios and test scripts with QA Lead and business SMEs and incorporate feedback.
  • Coordinate execution of SIT test scripts with Project Managers, QA Lead.
  • Review test sequence, test data required for testing with Product Owners, Business Process Leads and Business SMEs.
  • Work with QA Lead to outline Test plan for each cycle.
  • Create test data as needed for all testing cycles.
  • Participate in the test plan meeting and provide feedback.
  • Develop test scripts for UAT scenarios identified by Product Owners, Business Process Leads and Business SMEs.
  • Prepare regression test suite and perform regression testing prior to each Go-Live.
  • Support end to end testing sessions.
  • Provide input for Go-NoGo decisions and participate in go-NoGo meeting.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 6+ years of experience in testing and validating Oracle HCM Fusion Functionality.
  • Oracle HCM Fusion functionality experience including Core HR, Benefits, LA, Payroll, Talent Management, Reports is required.
  • Familiarity with Oracle CEMLI / RICEW.
  • Experience in developing test cases and test plans for Oracle HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Reports, and Talent Management is required.
  • Experience in Data Migration testing, Functional, System Integration, User Acceptance Testing & E2E testing.
  • Experience in executing test cases to verify the functionality of the software and identify defects.
  • Creating and maintaining test data to support testing activities.
  • Experience working with business and IT teams to translate functional and non-functional requirements into test cases and test scripts.
  • Experience facilitating testing activities, conducting test runs and cycles, defect tracking, issue resolution and conducting defect triage meetings is required.
  • Excellent communication, attention to detail & documentation skills required.
  • Have hands on experience on writing manual tests, executing test runs, SIT & UAT test planning & execution.
Education:

Bachelor's degree. Technology or Computer Science degree preferred.
