Executive Chef

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sous Chef to join our team at Velocity Innovations. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking fresh dishes for daily operations, ensuring smooth production processes, and assisting with organizing and implementing our kitchen concept.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation and cooking of fresh dishes for daily operations
- Work in the central production facility using the Cook&Chill method as the main location
- Ensuring smooth production processes
- Assisting with organizing and implementing our kitchen concept
- Responsible for implementing and maintaining current HACCP standards
- Ordering and inventory management
- Representing and supporting the kitchen management
Requirements:
- Completed apprenticeship as a cook and several years of experience in the public gastronomy sector
- Professional and initial leadership experience preferred
- Independent and organized work style
