About Us:

Clarity Clinic, a private psychiatric practice, is seeking a motivated Patient Experience Manager to oversee patient care and operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing patient interactions, coordinating care, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities:

  • Patient Care and Coordination: Oversee patient interactions, manage care coordination, and handle inbound calls to ensure excellent patient outcomes.
  • Communication and Engagement: Connect with patients via phone and email, respond to inquiries, and address any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Schedule appointments according to procedure guidelines and collect co-pays or balances accurately.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including pharmacy orders and responses to inquiries and issues.

Requirements:

  • An associate degree in healthcare administration or a related field is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Organizational and Time Management Skills: Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with patients, providers, and other stakeholders.
  • Empathy and Compassion: Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional patient care and support.
  • Problem-Solving and Critical Thinking Skills: Ability to analyze situations, make informed decisions, and resolve problems efficiently.
