Job Summary

Caring Network is seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Administrative Receptionist to provide exceptional patient care and support services. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a positive impact in the community and contribute to the organization's mission.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Welcome patients, families, and visitors to the clinic, ensuring a warm and inviting environment.
  • Manage patient schedules, appointments, and records, maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Coordinate administrative tasks, such as data entry, faxing, and inventory management.
  • Support healthcare professionals by preparing patient charts, updating files, and handling phone calls and correspondence.
  • Contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to enhance patient satisfaction and care.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in a healthcare or administrative setting.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications relevant to the position.
Compensation and Benefits
  • A salary range of $17-$29 an hour.
