Job Title: Construction Superintendent - Commercial Roofing

We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to join our team at Noor Staffing. As a Construction Superintendent, you will be responsible for managing commercial roofing projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and profitable completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage commercial roofing projects, including pre-construction, construction, and closeout phases.
  • Review contract documents, plans, and specifications to ensure successful project execution.
  • Direct and supervise project teams to ensure compliance with company quality standards.
  • Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve project issues and ensure timely completion.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent in commercial roofing or general contracting.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial roofing construction processes and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in technology, including project management software and company-provided tools.
