Front Desk Coordinator

Anastasia Beverly Hills is seeking a skilled and experienced Front Desk Coordinator to join our team in Beverly Hills.
Job OverviewThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, providing exceptional client service, and maintaining a safe and clean reception area. They will also be required to assist in sales of ABH products and perform various administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing front desk operations, including answering phones, booking appointments, and handling transactions.
- Providing exceptional client service and ensuring a positive and professional presence at all times.
- Maintaining safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Assisting in customer sales of all ABH products in the salon.
- Performing various administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a clerical or customer service environment with a strong sense of ownership.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as excellent listening skills.
- Able to work efficiently in a team and have a self-starter mindset with the ability to move projects through completion.
- Able to handle confidential and specialized information with discretion.
- Excellent organizational skills, prioritizing tasks, and multi-tasking with a high level of professionalism.
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with a strong ability to adapt to changing situations.
- Able to commit to working Tuesday - Saturday from 9:00am to 6:00pm.
Salary:
The starting base salary range for this position is $20.00-$22.00 hourly.
