This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing company, with a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $55,000 per year. As an Office Support and Coordination Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to our management team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and contributing to the success of our high-end residential projects.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing internal documentation, including scanning, filing, and organizing office files and electronic files
- Receiving and processing mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients, visitors, and guests
- Assisting in the preparation of payment requests and other financial documents
