Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Ambassador to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our customers, resolving issues, and promoting our services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Service Delivery: Coordinate with internal teams to deliver services to customers, ensuring timely and efficient service.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.

Requirements

  • Experience: 2 years of phone customer service experience preferred.
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
