We're seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join our dynamic team at Boqueria, one of the leading Spanish tapas restaurant groups on the East Coast. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for leading by example, ensuring exceptional food quality, and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
About the Role:
- Lead a high-functioning kitchen team to deliver outstanding results
- Manage food and labor costs to maximize profitability and efficiency
- Ensure strict adherence to DOH standards and maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Cultivate a positive and inclusive team culture that fosters growth and development
- Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field preferred
