A DAY IN THE LIFE
Overseeing teams of in-house crews and any subcontractors involved
Monitoring and managing project costs, timelines, materials, and workforce at the site level
Accountable for the safety of all personnel within the project scope
Identifying and resolving field issues promptly
Delivering consistent coaching and constructive feedback to Assistant Supervisors and Forepersons
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
Capability to assess the bid documentation for precision, completeness, and electrical scope
Minimum of 5 years' experience leading self-performing construction teams
Forward-thinking approach to safety practices and program execution
Must be able to pass an MVR Check, Background Check, Physical, and Drug Test
Willingness to travel and relocate to job sites (100% travel with rotations)
WHAT WILL SET YOU APART
Expertise in areas such as underground cable installation or cable terminations, including up to medium voltage 345kV
Possession of Electrical Licenses (Journeyman, Master, etc.)
Bachelor's degree in a construction or engineering-related discipline
