Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage solar projects, specifically focusing on electrical aspects, from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and clients to meet project objectives.
• Ensure successful project completion within established timelines and budget constraints by closely monitoring project progress and making necessary adjustments.
• Travel to project sites within the Tri-State Area as required to oversee installations, troubleshoot issues, and provide on-site support.
• Continually enhance customer relationships throughout the project implementation phase.
• Develop comprehensive project staffing plans, including labor, subcontractors, project managers, and project engineers.
• Act as the primary liaison between local facility staff and regional team members, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
• Monitor, control, and report on the financial performance of projects, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints.
• Secure subcontractor relationships and manage subcontractors and the FSG project execution team effectively.
• Audit and design quality assurance and control procedures to mitigate project risks and ensure high-quality installations.
• Manage, motivate, and continuously improve assigned staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Oversee participation in all aspects of job site safety and ensure adherence to OSHA standards.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as an electrician, with a specific focus on solar installations.
• Familiarity with solar project management and industry best practices.
• Willingness to travel nationally and extensively within the Tri-State Area.
• At least five years of field experience in Project Management, Project Engineering, or related field.
• A bachelor's degree in architectural engineering, construction management, mechanical engineering, project management, or business is preferred. Equivalent field experience (associate degree + 8 years of field experience) will also be considered.
• Experience and up-to-date knowledge of best practices related to Lighting Retrofit and Utility Savings projects are preferred.
• Experience working with local vendors and subcontractors is highly preferred.
• Highly self-motivated and ambitious individual with a high sense of urgency and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Financial planning and budget experience, with the ability to develop a business case. Excellent oral/written communication and presentation skills and a professional presence. Strong computer skills with proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

Benefits:
Up to USD $120,000.00/Yr.
