About the Role

Blattner Company is seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to lead our high voltage/substation construction projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing teams of self-perform crews and subcontractors, ensuring the overall safety of personnel, and troubleshooting issues in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate with transmission operators and grid ISOs
  • Oversee substation subcontractors and ensure project schedules are met

  • Review bid packages for accuracy and completeness

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in electrical operations and construction management
  • Self-perform substation construction experience up to 345kV

  • Able to pass an MVR check, background check, physical, and drug test
