Construction Project Site Manager

As a key member of our team at STUTMAN CONTRACTING INC, the Construction Project Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities and operations on our construction sites. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage site logistics, including coordinating site visits and inspections.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations, addressing any issues that arise.
- Review project plans and specifications, and prepare and manage project schedules.
- Provide leadership to subcontractor workforces and ensure quality control.
- Complete necessary paperwork, including daily reports of field activity.
- Valid Massachusetts Construction Supervisor's License.
- OSHA 10 certification.
- Knowledge of construction safety and OSHA requirements.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work well with clients and the team.
