Vermont Permanency Initiative (VPI) is a dynamic organization dedicated to providing comprehensive services to children and adolescents who have often experienced complex developmental trauma. Our innovative programming fosters growth-promoting experiences through secure relationships, helping youth self-regulate and optimize feelings of safety, confidence, and competency.

As a Trauma-Informed Clinician/Therapist, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality clinical services that address the unique needs of our clients. With a strong focus on prevention and intervention, you will work closely with consulting psychiatrists to develop effective treatment plans and collaborate with families to promote stability and permanency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions to support healthy development and emotional regulation.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical records, including psychosocial reports, ITPs, case notes, CAFAS reports, and other required assessments.
  • Collaborate with consulting psychiatrists to ensure seamless medication management and identify potential side effects.

Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
