Job Overview: Residential Counselor (Evening Shift)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise, support, and mentor youth to promote healthy relationships and life skills.
  • Collaborate with our team to create a nurturing environment that fosters growth and healing.
  • Engage students in enriching activities, such as arts, crafts, and outdoor adventures.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or GED required; college education preferred.
  • CPR certification preferred.
  • Minimum of 1-year full-time experience working with children, or equivalent in human services credits and experience.
  • Valid driver's license preferred; must be 21+ years old.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
  • Successful completion of background and pre-employment checks.
