About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Trauma-Informed Clinician/Therapist to join our team and contribute to the growth and well-being of our youth.
The ideal candidate will possess a Master's Degree or higher in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field, and be license eligible. A valid driver's license and 21+ years of age are also required.
Responsibilities and Expectations- Provide individual, group, and family therapy and case management services to children and adolescents.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical records and associated documentation.
- Collaborate with consulting psychiatrists as it relates to medication management.
- Participate in treatment, permanency, and discharge planning with students, families, and agency personnel involved with students.
- A competitive salary of $58,000.00 and up commensurate with experience.
- Quarterly training and professional development opportunities.
- Comprehensive training in CBT, DBT, and EMDR within the first 18 months.
- Supervision hours toward licensure.
- VPI covers the cost of license exams.
