The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is pivotal in steering the financial trajectory of the organization. This role demands a highly experienced financial executive with a robust background in private equity settings, comprehensive knowledge of manufacturing processes, and a solid history of enhancing financial outcomes and expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and execute financial plans that align with the company’s growth ambitions, encompassing both organic development and potential mergers.
  • Partner with the CEO and private equity stakeholders to establish and implement long-term strategic business initiatives.
  • Deliver financial analysis and strategic recommendations to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Oversee all financial functions, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial disclosures.
  • Guarantee precise and prompt financial reporting in accordance with GAAP and other regulatory standards.
  • Manage liquidity, working capital, and capital investments to support operational and growth objectives.
  • Lead the finance team, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess and enhance business performance.
  • Evaluate financial results against benchmarks and provide insights to boost profitability and operational effectiveness.
  • Drive cost management strategies and identify avenues for operational enhancements.
  • Act as the primary liaison for private equity partners, offering regular updates on financial performance and strategic initiatives.
  • Prepare and present financial analyses, forecasts, and business strategies to the Board of Directors and investors.
  • Support efforts to optimize capital structure.
  • Identify and assess potential acquisition opportunities to further growth goals.
  • Lead financial due diligence, valuation assessments, and integration strategies for acquisitions.
  • Develop and implement post-acquisition integration strategies to ensure successful assimilation and realization of synergies.
  • Guide and mentor the finance and accounting team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure the team possesses the necessary skills and resources to meet the company’s strategic objectives.
  • Encourage a culture of accountability, integrity, and excellence within the finance division.
