- Partner with the CEO and private equity stakeholders to establish and implement long-term strategic goals.
- Deliver financial analysis and advice to facilitate informed strategic choices.
- Oversee all financial functions, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Guarantee precise and prompt financial disclosures in accordance with GAAP and other regulatory standards.
- Manage liquidity, working capital, and capital investments to bolster business activities and growth.
- Lead the finance team, ensuring operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Establish and apply key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess and enhance business performance.
- Evaluate financial results against objectives and provide insights for improved profitability and operational effectiveness.
- Initiate cost management strategies and pinpoint opportunities for operational enhancements.
