The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is pivotal in steering the financial trajectory of the organization. This role demands an experienced financial executive with a robust background in private equity settings, a comprehensive grasp of manufacturing processes, and a solid history of enhancing financial outcomes and expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and execute financial plans to align with the company's growth ambitions, encompassing both organic development and prospective acquisitions.
  • Partner with the CEO and private equity stakeholders to establish and implement long-term strategic initiatives.
  • Deliver financial analysis and guidance to facilitate informed strategic choices.
  • Supervise all financial functions, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Guarantee precise and prompt financial disclosures in accordance with GAAP and other regulatory standards.
  • Oversee cash flow management, working capital, and capital investments to bolster business operations and growth.
  • Lead the finance team, ensuring operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Design and apply key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess and enhance business performance.
  • Evaluate financial results against objectives and provide insights for improving profitability and operational effectiveness.
  • Drive cost management strategies and identify avenues for operational enhancements.
  • Act as the main liaison for private equity partners, delivering regular updates on financial performance and strategic initiatives.
  • Prepare and present financial reports, forecasts, and business strategies to the Board of Directors and investors.
  • Support efforts to optimize capital structure.
  • Identify and assess potential acquisition opportunities to further growth objectives.
  • Lead financial due diligence, valuation assessments, and integration planning for acquisitions.
  • Develop and implement post-acquisition integration strategies to ensure successful assimilation and realization of synergies.
  • Guide and mentor the finance and accounting team, promoting a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure the team possesses the necessary skills and resources to meet the company's strategic goals.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, integrity, and excellence within the finance department.
