We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Hotel Front Desk Agent to join our team at Days Inn & Suites Commerce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Register guests and manage online and phone reservations
- Provide information about rooms, rates, and amenities
- Manage check-in and check-out tasks, including assigning rooms and verifying credit card data
- Liaise with housekeeping staff to ensure rooms are clean and tidy
- Respond to client complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Confirm group reservations and arrange personalized services for VIP customers
- Upsell additional facilities and services
- Maintain updated records of bookings and payments
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of hotel management systems
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including 1st and 2nd shifts

- Competitive starting pay of $12.00 with a.25 raise after 60 days
