  • Register guests and manage online and phone reservations
  • Provide information about rooms, rates, and amenities
  • Manage check-in and check-out tasks, including assigning rooms and verifying credit card data
  • Liaise with housekeeping staff to ensure rooms are clean and tidy
  • Respond to client complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Confirm group reservations and arrange personalized services for VIP customers
  • Upsell additional facilities and services
  • Maintain updated records of bookings and payments

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including 1st and 2nd shifts
