Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales goals and revenue targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and processes that align with the company's objectives.
- Conduct weekly 1-on-1 meetings with sales reps to track progress, provide coaching, and identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze sales metrics and KPIs to monitor team performance and adjust strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience from lead generation to move completion.
- Train new sales reps and provide ongoing training to the team to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Foster a positive sales culture that promotes accountability, teamwork, and professional growth.
- Monitor sales calls to ensure adherence to scripts and professional management.
- The Sales Manager will be given a small percentage of the monthly quota.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with all departments.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role with a strong leadership background, for a minimum of 10 years.
- Ability to compile, analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience with CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
- Strong Excel skills are a must.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or related field - required.
- A proactive and results-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
