Job Overview

The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, developing and implementing sales strategies, and analyzing sales metrics to monitor team performance. They will also collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and foster a positive sales culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales goals and revenue targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and processes that align with the company's objectives.
  • Conduct weekly 1-on-1 meetings with sales reps to track progress, provide coaching, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Analyze sales metrics and KPIs to monitor team performance and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience from lead generation to move completion.
  • Train new sales reps and provide ongoing training to the team to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Foster a positive sales culture that promotes accountability, teamwork, and professional growth.
  • Monitor sales calls to ensure adherence to scripts and professional management.
  • The Sales Manager will be given a small percentage of the monthly quota.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with all departments.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role with a strong leadership background, for a minimum of 10 years.
  • Ability to compile, analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
  • Strong Excel skills are a must.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or related field - required.
  • A proactive and results-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
