Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver compassionate and empathetic direct care to individuals.
- Aid with personal care activities such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Execute tailored care plans to address the specific needs and preferences of each individual.
- Organize and lead engaging activities that encourage socialization and personal development.
- Assist individuals in acquiring and maintaining essential life skills, including cooking, cleaning, and budgeting.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the holistic well-being of the individuals.
- Record and communicate individual progress, observations, and any concerns to relevant team members.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or HiSet equivalent.
- Prior experience in a direct care position is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Capability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting.

- Valid driver's license and ability to provide transportation for individuals.
