Your Role

As a Warehouse Industrial Engineering Specialist, you will play a crucial role in identifying and implementing enhancements that boost operational efficiency across our logistics operations. Your contributions will be vital in shaping the future of our warehouse processes.

Key Responsibilities (% of Time)

  • Establish operational objectives for warehouse functions to align with business goals. Analyze data and performance metrics to drive efficiency across teams. (25%)
  • Collaborate with local and cross-functional teams to design workflows, assess system capabilities, and explore new technologies for warehouse optimization. (25%)
  • Identify areas for improvement by evaluating operational metrics and determining potential returns on investment for projects. (25%)
  • Educate warehouse teams on best practices and establish frameworks for optimal operations. (25%)

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related discipline, along with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP.
  • Knowledge of Lean methodologies and project management principles.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects effectively and work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Problem-solving skills to assess and evaluate various solutions.

Travel Requirements

This position may require up to 30% domestic travel.

Work Status & Location

This is a full-time, exempt role with opportunities for remote work.
